What’s involved in the 6 Week Health Transformation?

  • Firstly JOIN HERE
  • Once you have joined log in to access our full program, recipes and customisable meal plans.
  • You will receive the 6 week health transformation work book, meal plans, mental wellbeing programs, fitness programs and non-stop support - when you have joined, see the 6 Week Challenge HUB here  
  • You can use the specific new 6 week meal plans or use any of our meal plans
  • Once you join, you will be sent access to our PRIVATE members only support group where you can talk directly to other women and our experts and get 24/7 motivation and accountability to keep you on track 

6 Week Health Transformation FAQs

Q. Do I need to be a Zing Wellbeing member to join?

A. Yes you do – and we have a special offer on here.

Q. If I join early do I have full access to the entire program?
A. Yes you do and if you love it and stay on you will have permanent access to all our past and future programs or if you don't like it you can cancel at any time

Q Do you have different meal plans?
A. Over the 6 week program we have 6 NEW meal plans and over 200 NEW recipes including Liver Detox, High Protein, Hormone Balancing, Gut Health, Anti Bloat and anti inflammatory.

Additionally to this you have access to all our meal plans and our meal plan customiser including menopause, PCOS, high cholesterol, dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, weight loss, belly fat reduction, diabetes and breastfeeding meal plans

Q. If I join the 6 Week Program do I also have access to all 500 recipes, 20+ meal plans and full programs?

A. Yes - when you join you have full access to everything

Q. Is there a members only Private Support Group?

A. Yes and you will be sent the link on your welcome email once you join.

Q. Can I lose weight on the 6 Week Health Transformation?

A. Yes you can! Our programs are all high protein and around 1500 calories a day and so many women are lose weight on our plans as well as well significantly improving their health. We believe that if you focus on your health then if you have weight to lose this will bee a by-product of changing to a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. And we also have a weight loss meal plan and belly fat reduction meal plan too.

Q I have a lap band or am using weight loss medication - is there a meal plan for me?

A Yes we have a specific nutrition meal plan and recipes for those who cannot consume more than 800- 1000 calories a day. The meals and recipes are highly nutrient dense so that your body gets vital nutrients on a lower calorie diet.

I joined just in time for the SLEEP CHALLENGE which was an area I needed help with.
My history with sleep health has not been good…
• Insomnia
• Restless legs
• Inconsistent bed times
• Overthinking from anxiety and stress

A few months ago I suffered a stroke, and as a result I have been prioritising my sleep to assist with brain recovery as my sleep declined further.

I'd made some improvements introducing meditation, reduced screen time and positive self talk, but was shocked at how much better my sleep has been in the past week by introducing some new techniques and practices from the challenge!!

Improvements have included:

• Better sleep quality and quantity

• Less wake up during the night

• Reduced overthinking (thank you ‘to do’ list)

• Less stressed, morning and night

• More positive outlook overall

Liz says, "I've recently been diagnosed with high blood pressure (genetic predisposition), and have ongoing issues with unexplained iron deficiencies, so I need to ensure I keep a healthy lifestyle and I want to be a great role model for my son, while still having fun of course!
