Best program for women everywhere

The experience of Zing Wellbeing is like no other. The collective knowledge of the experts behind this program is nothing short of phenomenal. It’s a holistic approach to the complete wellbeing of women covering nutrition, exercise, mental health, sleep and so so much more. The beauty of Zing is that it can so easily be tailored to suit any life stage, any dietary preferences, any level of fitness and there is truly so much information and support that you will never be bored or not be able to find something to suit you.
I have personally gained so much confidence, made better choices, love the recipes (so does my whole family) and truly enjoyed the journey so much. Zing Wellbeing and the community have been truly life changing for me.
I can not recommend this more highly and if you’re a woman then yes this is for you 💜💚💜

Zing Wellbeing isn’t like most programs especially for Women. It’s a positive supportive online community, excellent LIVES with experts about key topics, so many recipes to try to fuel your mind, body & soul! Also one of my favourites are their Wellness Smoothie and their Protein Powder which is also a daily go to!! Highly recommend

Zing Well-being doesn’t focus on just weight loss like other programs on the internet. It is a wholistic approach for your well being, it has great meal plans for specific areas of health eg diabetes, lowering cholesterol, anti-inflammatory etc meal plans. It has great exercise segments and nutritional speakers it’s got the lot. I love it and has one of the most supportive communities and speakers and the founder is amazing. You won’t be sorry to try this. Give it a go and you be the judge. I’m sure you’ll love it like I do. Simply the BEST.

What I love is that there are so many recipes to choose from that it will definitely make your taste buds dance.

The protein powders are so creamy and there is no grainy texture. I use them in smoothies and baking a sweet treat for myself and the family.

Game changer

When. I signed up with Zing, I was open to the change, I didn’t expect the change that was coming at me, I suffer really bad painful bloating during that time of the month, I had next to no bloating and no pain or inflammation, I feel lighter, so much energy, the meals are so so good and I get excited as to what I will make each week, best decision made or join Zing Wellbeing

The best Holistic Wellbeing Program

I absolutely love Zing Wellbeing! The community for women is a vibe! The Program is informative with their Live sessions focusing on important issues impacting Women! My morning smoothie is a go to for me and l look forward to this in setting my day up to be a successful one!

Never felt better

Since starting with Zing, I’ve never felt better. I’m happier and more energetic. I feel strong, healthy and excited to get into the kitchen to prepare healthy meals and snacks. I also look forward to my exercise, rather than dreading it. My sleep has improved too. I’m excited for the future and ongoing progress!

I cannot rave any more about Zing Wellbeing and what it is doing for my mental and physical health! The meals are not only incredibly nutritious, but delicious as well! My tummy bloat is reducing, it is helping my perimenopause symptoms, and I have less brain fog! The protein powders and wellness smoothie are also super nutritious and deliciously creamy. Zing has completely helped me rediscover my passion for health and wellness.

Before Covid lockdowns, I was focussed on health and fitness - I was at the gym regularly and trying to eat healthy. This all changed when Covid ruined life as we knew it. Not only did I put on weight during and post lockdowns but I felt sluggish and stuck.

After lockdowns and Covid, I thought I could get back into old routines and shed the weight I put on and prioritise my health. I tried for years. However, I had no idea of the havoc that age and perimenopause would unleash on me! I didn’t just try everything to lose weight and FEEL healthy - I tried everything and more and still could not succeed.

I was frustrated beyond belief with perimenopause and it all felt impossible. I felt like I had to choose between either trying to lose weight or prioritising my health needs as a woman - I couldn’t find anything that would help me to achieve both and to be honest, I couldn’t find anything to help with either!

Until Zing was created! I can’t emphasise how this program really channels in on women’s health - all the important aspects which I never knew of. I actually FEEL healthier using the products and the program. And this motivates me to continue to focus more and more on my inner health and wellbeing.

The weight has started to shift too! There’s no more choosing between crazy unhealthy weight loss strategies or being ‘healthy’ without feeling healthy. I feel like it’s all coming together now.

The support and information shared are all generous and relevant. I’m understanding perimenopause a lot better and no longer have a defeatist approach to it. The protein powders are the best I’ve ever had and they are my favourite part of my days. Everything about Zing is real and simply great. Try the Zing products and program and experience it all yourself! You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been with Zing since the beginning. I love their protein powder, it’s delicious, no gritty texture and the recipes are fantastic.

Such generous serves too for those of us that need to feel like they’ve had a substantial meal, especially on busy days.

I love all the support team too, from mind set, naturopathy, nutrition or behavioural sciences, it’s all here - this is a one stop journey changing stop!!!

This program has taken the focus off losing weight and is fully centred on fuelling your body correctly and eating for your health.

The menu plans are very extensive too, encompassing so many different focus areas from Anti-bloat to Menopause plans and so many in between - all meals fully inter-changeable too to cater for individual tastes.

Give it a go, you won’t regret it.

Results from being with Zing Wellbeing

I have been with Zing Wellbeing from the beginning and have seen great results. I have lost so many cms by eating songs healthy recipes. With the support of a wonderful team including Rhian and there amazing groups I have improved my mental health and my physical health.This is a one stop shop for anything heath and Wellbeing. There Holitic approach to health is just Amazing and there coaching is one of the best.

Awesome program and great support community

This is just what I needed not to concentrate on weight loss but my over all health and well-being. Zing has come to the plate and now after a few months of using the program and protein shakes I feel like a better version of my. I have more energy to play with my boys and a bonus I've lost a few kilos without trying along the way aswell.
