I love everything about Zing Wellbeing! .It’s a holistic approach to looking after your health, over weight loss. There’s so many plans you can follow, from Menopause., Gut health, high Protein, Inflammation and many more. You don’t have to follow a plan either, you can pick and choose meals you like with the new customiser, to suit yourself and your family. The experts are amazing, and the content they share is invaluable! The community is so welcoming and supportive.
I love how supportive everyone is. I feel totally safe sharing the ups and the downs that make everyday life. There is always someone with kind and supportive words. Love the caring and sharing environment that has been created. There is no one using or negativity that I have found in other groups.

Finally an affordable program, which concentrates on your health. I really enjoy this program and all the support, information and health benefits it offers.
It’s so wonderful to have found this supportive community. When I found Zing, I was at a low point in my life and my self confidence had hit rock bottom. The Zing community is about lifting women up and straightening their crowns. No judgement, just love.

Am a few weeks into my new Zing Wellbeing membership and am loving it! The meals are all delicious but also fairly quick to make. I love the different meal plans based around women's needs, am currently doing the Antibloat plan. Also having a holistic lense over health including mindset and movement, makes this the whole package! 👌
