Our focus is on helping as many women as possible be in their best health possible.

We are not a weight loss platform, instead we take a holistic approach to health and wellness via food, fitness, hormones, mental wellness, community and support.

Mel Gearings Medical Herbalist, Naturopath, Nutritionist, Iridologist, Trainer, Author and Presenter 

MHlthSc(D&A), BHlthSc(Comp Med), AdvDip WHM, AdvDip Nat, AdvDip NutMed, Dip Iridology

After graduating as a Medical Herbalist top of her class and with a scholarship in 2011, Mel opened her private practice. She has since completed further qualifications in Nutritional Medicine and Naturopathy, as well as a Bachelor Degree of Health Science, in Complimentary Medicine. In 2023 Mel completed a Master in Health Science in Drug and Alcohol Addiction.

Mel has extensive clinical experience with a range of hormonal conditions and transitions including menopause, PMDD, PMS, PCOS and the changes females with ADHD may experience with hormonal changes.

She has a special interest in both endometriosis and adenomyosis having personal and professional experience with these conditions. 

Melissa takes traditional home recipes and transforms them into nutritionally dense super-meals. 

She is passionate about prescribing herbal medicine as a tool in fighting illness and imbalance within the body.

Mel aims to fuse traditional herbal medicine with current research and evidence. She believes in an integration of herbal and pharmaceutical interventions.

Marni Maytom - Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD)

Marni is a registered APD with Dietitian's Australia. Marni has clinical experience with a variety of patients both inpatient & outpatient.

Emily Reynolds - Pilates, Barre and Fitness Instructor

Emily specialises in personalised fitness programs tailored for women over 40. Using a unique blend of Pilates and strength training, Emily is here to help you achieve your fitness goals whilst enhancing your overall well-being.

With effective and results-driven workouts, Emily empowers women to build their core strength, improve mobility, and boost confidence in their physical abilities.

Shara Smith. Psychotherapist. BA (Psych. & Soc.) | GradDip Coun. | M. Coun.| ACA | ARCAP Discipline Lead | Course Coordinator | Counselling and Mental Health Programs 

I'm proud to be an academic member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and a registered counsellor with ARCAP - the Australian Register of Counsellors & Psychotherapists.

I'm currently head of Counselling and Mental Health programs at university level, where I also lecture in this discipline.

I started my academic journey at the University of Sydney, earning my undergraduate degree in Psychology & Sociology. I then completed my Graduate Diploma and Masters in Counselling at the University of New England. I am currently undertaking my PhD in counselling.

Before diving into academia, I ran my own thriving private practice, specialising in women's health, stress, anxiety, and generalist mental health issues.

I bring a holistic and individualised approach to each client, utilising multiple modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Informed, and Culturally Responsive perspectives to meet their unique needs.

When I'm not immersed in research or teaching, you'll find me exploring Sydney and beyond with those close to me.

My passion for both my professional and personal life fuels my dedication to making a positive impact for all in connection with counselling and mental health.

Rebecca Collins - Certified Life Coach Specialising in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Matrix Therapies

Beck brings a wealth of experience as a certified Life Coach specialising in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Matrix Therapies.
As a dedicated wellness educator, youth mentor, and nurturing mother, Beck is passionate about empowering women to reclaim their energy, rediscover their true selves, and revitalise their vitality through the transformative power of mindset and mindfulness.

Beck has personally navigated the journey of feeling depleted and overwhelmed while striving to maintain that delicate balance. Through Beck's own experiences and professional expertise, Beck came to realise that genuine wellness begins with honouring our own needs alongside our responsibilities to our families. Beck's mission is to empower women to find this harmonious balance, where self-care becomes a cornerstone of nourishing both ourselves and our loved ones.

Katie Brown - Yoga & Meditation Teacher

Katie Brown has been teaching yoga for 24 years. She is also an author, with a passion for supporting women’s holistic wellbeing. She is qualified in meditation, Qi Gong, massage, infant massage, pre and postnatal yoga, restorative yoga, yin yoga, sound healing, seniors yoga and is a counsellor. 

She is a mum of three, former health writer and magazine editor. Her books include: Mother Me – a mum’s guide to balance, wellbeing and harmony, Guided Relaxation – your essential guide to creating calm, the Relaxation Rainbow – guided visualisations for children, Peaceful Paws – relaxations with your dog and Restorative Yoga – a holistic guide

Paulla Julius - Women’s Wellness + Fitness Coach

Paulla is a Women’s Wellness + Fitness Coach with a deep desire to help women feel their healthiest and most confident self through holistic movement. Whether you’re at a beginner or an advanced level in your fitness journey there will always be a workout for you with Paulla

Rae Willingham - Behaviour Change Coach

Rae is a behaviour change coach with 10 years experience mentoring women to live fuller and more fulfilling lives. She uses her knowledge of the mind, body and brain to create lasting and well rounded change in her clients. 

Her area of passion lies in understanding human behaviour & establishing nervous system mobility..

Rae is an advanced trainer through the Institute of Intuitive Intelligence. Her training uses subconscious reprogramming, and somatic practices to establish behaviour change and create habits through long game change methodology. Rae has also recently completed the study of applied neuroscience which enables her to use the workings of the brain to create lasting change.

Amanda Bennallack- Relationship Coach

Amanda is a Relationship Educator and coach, providing world class research and practices to support couples creating the relationship their love deserves.

Amanda worked in the health and fitness industry for 37 yrs and used her skills to enhance her adventurous spirit, working in resorts on the Australia east coast and islands, including crewing on a yacht delivery from Cairns to Thailand!

After 12 yrs in her last fitness role she left a perfectly good job to explore her passion for human connection and to study behavioural psychology. This accelerated her own personal development to heal childhood trauma and eventually have the relationship of her dreams. 

Having had 3 de facto long-term relationships where she settled for ‘mediocre’, Amanda discovered her unstoppable ‘Why’: “To foster connection, to ease pain and suffering, to help point us all back home to who and what we really are.”

Amanda now knows it’s never too late to find the one that lights up your world and brings more purpose to your life.

Because from that space, anything is possible!

Marie Paioff - Fitness Trainer

Marie is a highly energetic personal trainer who has worked in the fitness industry in both Australia, London and Greece for over 3 years.

Marie specialises in strength and conditioning, mobility, and HIIT training. She has worked with women both in person and online and works with all ages and demographics who are looking to create healthier habits and change their current lifestyles.

Her clients refer to her as the “accountability shark” they know she will be on top of them to ensure they are achieving their health and fitness goals. Marie is very passionate about what she does, she goes above and beyond to create the best possible programing for her clients and her ability to build long lasting client relationships goes a long way. She will motivate and push you to achieve above and beyond!

Anna Scammell - Masters-trained Women’s Health Physiotherapist

Anna Scammell is a Masters-trained Women’s Health Physiotherapist in Sydney, Founder of The Whole Mother and new mum to a beautiful baby girl.

Anna specialises in pregnancy, postpartum & the pelvic floor in women of all ages, offering home visits, clinic consults and online sessions.

She is also the Founder of The Pregnancy Academy and The Postpartum Academy – online programs teaching women how to have a healthier pregnancy, informed birth and an empowered, stronger recovery.

Nicola Johnson - Makeup artist

Nicola Is a freelance makeup artist & hair stylist with a background in Skincare & beauty.

Her work spans across various media platforms, gracing the pages of publications like Vogue, Elle, and Cosmopolitan. Nicola works with many production companies working in TV for big brand advertising and TV commercials.

As Nicola continues to push the boundaries of beauty and creativity, Known for creating natural polished makeup & skincare looks, she is a favourite for beauty campaigns.

Dr Marina Christov - Chinese medicine

Dr Marina Christov, founder of House of Life, is one of Australia’s most highly sought-after Chinese medicine practitioners who is revolutionising the way we support mental health, based on her 20 years of experience. 

One of her specialties is treating blue light overexposure and radiation which is a major cause of anxiety in Australians (and the world).  

Dr Christov is known for taking a holistic approach, using her signature blend of acupuncture, herbal medicines and lifestyle advice to promote physical, mental, emotional and spiritual harmony. 

Melissa Timmer - sports nutritionist and health and wellness coach

Melissa Timmer is a  35yr old mum of 2. She recently qualified in sports nutrition and cert 1V in nutrition, currently working as a nutritionist and health and wellness coach.

I am passionate about helping women feel the best they have ever felt, helping them achieve their goals in the most enjoyable way possible, creating recipes that are amazing for the human body but taste delicious and I'm all about taking the complication out of it with an easy approach.

I love my fitness and throwing a few weights around, it is my therapy and my me time, it makes me feel so good. Time is precious to me so I really have to put the most important things as a priority, I learnt to start prioritising what I wanted rather than what everyone else wanted and life dramatically changed for me. 

From a girl who once couldn't see the light or a way out of the hole I had found myself in, I'm now in the most happiest and content place with how I feel about myself and I love helping others better themselves and improve their mental health through nutrition and moving their body

 

Emma a leadership and wellbeing coach from Empowering humans 

During more than 20 years in Healthcare leadership roles, Emma has developed the skills and passion for supporting emerging and established leaders to achieve their professional goals whilst maintaining personal wellbeing and life satisfaction/happiness.

Emma loves helping humans find their strategy for success whilst ensuring that the reason why they do what they do professionally, is maintained. 

Emma has a personal story with burnout that has left her with a passion for helping others to avoid/recover from burnout and reimagine their life with more balance and harmony.

Emma will help you identify your own values, priorities and boundaries, these will guide your future self to achieve sustainable high performance and personal wellbeing.
