Is this a weight loss program?

No, Zing Wellbeing is a health and wellness platform for women.

But our recipes are high protein, low carb and not high in calories so you certainly won't gain weight on our program - but we have chosen not to focus on weight loss and instead we focus on health, energy, strength and vitality for women not on the scales or weight loss.

If you are looking for a dedicated weight loss program then Zing Wellbeing is not for you.

Where can I get Rhian's Zingy Smoothie Shot?

Is this the same as The Healthy Mummy program?

The Healthy Mummy program is a weight loss company for mums who is now owned by a company called Mosh who also focus on medical weight loss. If you are after a weight loss program then The Healthy Mummy is great for that or there are lots of other weight loss programs out there too

I am also not connected to The Healthy Mummy any more and sold the business in March 2022 to Halo who then sold it to another Company called Mosh in August 2023.

Zing Wellbeing is not a weight loss company and is a health, wellness and vitality platform for women.

The focus at Zing Wellbeing is a holistic approach to food, fitness, mental wellbeing, hormones, support and overall wellness. There is not a focus on weight loss and instead a focus on health and wellness with lots of group coaching and support to help women be in their best health possible.

The menus are high protein, low carbs, high in nutrients, great for gut health and around 1500 calories a day

How much protein do I need?

The daily protein requirement for women varies based on several factors, including overall energy intake, age, physical activity level, and individual health goals. Protein needs can be estimated in different ways, such as by body weight, as a percentage of total caloric intake (10-35%), or based on age. For women, a commonly cited recommended dietary allowance (RDA) is 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight. This value represents the minimum amount necessary to meet basic nutritional requirements.

For women, particularly those over 35, protein intake becomes even more important. As we age, maintaining muscle mass and bone density is crucial for overall health and mobility. Women who are more physically active, aiming to build or maintain muscle, or undergoing changes such as perimenopause or menopause may benefit from higher protein intake.

You can use our protein calculator here

Do you have a customisable meal planner?
