Kaia shares "Zing Wellbeing has helped heal my rosacea"

Kaia has been with Zing Wellbeing now for 2 mths and says she is feeling so much more confident and happier in herself and her mindset is so much more positive.

So many changes that I have noticed within myself since the beginning, one thing that I love about Zing Wellbeing is not the focus on weight loss, this has always been a hard thing for me to maintain as I always hit a wall, start comparing myself to others and stop doing it because I am not good enough.

This a vicious cycle that I would go through over and over again.

I love that Zing Wellbeing helps educate women how to nourish their body with real food. 

I have had a massive increase in my personal confidence being a part of the community - You may have seen posts where I have described my dark days and my anxiety - I am usually the Mum that stands on her own because she doesn't know what to say and thinks that what I have to say is not important.

I am now doing LIVES on the Zing Wellbeing platforms to bring mindfulness to all the wonderful ladies.

I am making conversations with the Mum's at school pick-ups and birthday parties because Zing Wellbeing has helped me with my anxiety and that is one thing I am so incredibly thankful for.

I gained the confidence to follow my dream! 

Being a part of Zing has allowed me to really focus on what I wanted to pursue as well, as much as I love being a Registered Nurse, I've always wanted to help women who need guidance and support in their mental wellbeing.

Since Zing Wellbeing, I have completed my teaching certificate in meditation and now I am part way through my holistic women's health coaching and breathwork teaching courses.

This brings me so much excitement as I can't wait to continue to share my knowledge with all the women who helped me gain the confidence to undertake this pathway.

My skin is improving! 

Another bonus that I am loving is that by improving my gut health with Zing Wellbeing recipes my skin issues are improving.

I suffer with rosacea and I have noticed a massive improvement in my skin since starting the program. I no longer have to use my medicated creams! 

I love the expert LIVES that are a part of the Zing Wellbeing program, there is so much support and knowledge for the amazing group of coaches.

UPDATE! After 2 mths on Zing Wellbeing meal plans
