Christine says, "In the last 5 years I had a Hysterectomy, I have battled chronic back pain and also went through a traumatic time with a loved family member. All this happening at once really took a toll on my physical and mental health.
I got help and have been working through it all. I'm now at a stage in life where it's time to LEVEL UP and work on myself.
I've honestly had enough and need to change my lifestyle and find the spark I once had.
The perimenopause/menopause is kicking my butt and ZING Wellbeing is exactly what I need during this next phase in life.
I have been following the ZING Wellbeing lifestyle for 2 months and I've already changed my habits, take time out for myself and eating nourishing food for both mind and body. This is why I love the program and community!

I was in a bad place… a really bad place. Junk food was taking over my life and I was just always exhausted.
I knew I had to do something but didn’t believe I actually could anymore and just thought I was this way for life.
Zing Wellbeing came along and it wasn’t about weight loss but about treating your body well and learning about what foods do for you.
I am thankful I now feel alive again!!! It’s nice to treat my body well and believe in myself again.
Honestly just believing in myself is a massive transformation. I am so thankful to all the coaches for guiding me through this.

- My major anxiety is non existent.
- I'm mindful about what I put into my body, I also now listen to my body.
- I'm kinder to myself.
I really could go on and on and on.
My relationship with my son has changed. He has changed. And through changing our eating habits I've lost 17kg and my son has lost 10kg.
I can not thank Rhian and every single Zing Team member enough. The support is absolutely unreal. And the community is like nothing I've had before in my life.
Food is the best medicine. And I LOVE what I learn from being here, every single day!!
Rhian shares her health results and tummy fat results after 2 weeks
"I haven't tried my jeans on in 2 weeks so today was the day that I was trying them on as physically I wanted to see if there had been any improvements on the tummy fat area.
