Love the program. Great simple tasty food

I have enjoyed Zing recipes as most of the meals are quick, easy and simple to make. I have found since using Zing meal plans I am less puffy and no longer craving the sweet stuff as I feel satisfied.

Cannot say enough about how this program has been a total game changer for me. My peri menopause symptoms have been in full swing, but since starting the Zing Wellbeing program, not only am I losing body fat, my symptoms are reducing in severity, my mental health has improved, my gut health is better, and I have far less bloating. I not only follow the easy customisable meal plans, I use the delicious protein powders and the amazing Wellbeing Smoothie. And the absolute added bonus is the supportive, inspirational community. It’s just so good!

I have absolutely loved being a member of the Zing Wellbeing Program since it started in July this year. It has been filled with information that truly focuses on your holistic health from exercises, nutrition, psychological wellbeing and a community of Women that support women which is so enlightening. I am also loving their Protein powder and Wellness Smoothie daily ad a positive start to my day! The coaching sessions are amazing and can we just take a moment to talk about the protein powder… oh my yumminess!!! Soooo smooth and creamy! I’m usually the one who hates the idea of protein powder because it’s gritty and no one likes that. I’ve lost 10kg with Zing Wellbeing and looking forward to a healthier me in the future.

I have been a member since Zing opened and love the holistic approach and focus on mental wellbeing. Variety of menus depending on your individual needs and love the live videos with a range of coaches.
