Meal plan customiser update
We are 3-4 weeks away from out meal plan customiser launching!
Right now we are making all your meal plans for our members and they are set meal plans.
But - We have been building a meal plan customiser (It's a BIG job and around 3 months of tech build) so that you can customise each week's menu.
I am super excited to bring this to you and I hope you will LOVE this extra ease and flexibility with meal planning

Absolutely love the program I have chosen a variety from the standard program, menopause program and the vegetarian program. For the first time in nearly a year I am eating breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as 2 snacks and feeling so much better for it. Love this lifestyle program. It Targets all ages and lifestyle. Amazing coaching advice. It’s all about changing your lifestyle and not being on and off a diet all the time. And you don’t have to cut some food groups out..

Wow! What a program! If you're after a place that is positive, supportive, educational and about overall health and wellbeing, this is it! I am blown away by what Rhian has created here and I've never seen anything like it. There's literally something for everyone, and its not about perfection or following a plan to a T or weight loss, its about how can we come together, have fun, learn together, grow together, meet ourselves where we are and support each other in a safe place. And what I also love is that we have real health experts inspiring us and teaching us every week, and we have the founder right there on the journey with us, inspiring us!!

I have always been reasonably healthy, but I soon realised after joining there could be changes to make
I love the menu planing and the recipes, it makes me realise that there are times you think you are doing the right thing, but this site has allowed me to get back on track
I have already experienced less bloating and inflamation
I feel more energised
It's great not to focus on calorie counting
I think the podcasts are fantastic and I love watching the replays
I don't always follow the exercise routines as I go to the gym, plus I have physio exercises to do from my shoulder replacement
