I just wanted to give you a little update on everything Zing Wellbeing as we have lots going on and I want to keep you in the loop at every step of the way.

But before I get into it, I just want to say a BIG thank you for being with us - I appreciate it so much and I a committed to making it the BEST place for women's health and wellness.

We have re-organised the members area so everything is easier to find.

Meal plan customiser update

We are 3-4 weeks away from out meal plan customiser launching!

Right now we are making all your meal plans for our members and they are set meal plans.

But - We have been building a meal plan customiser (It's a BIG job and around 3 months of tech build) so that you can customise each week's menu.

I am super excited to bring this to you and I hope you will LOVE this extra ease and flexibility with meal planning

Absolutely love the program I have chosen a variety from the standard program, menopause program and the vegetarian program.
