I signed up to zing wellbeing as I wanted to focus on eating to fuel, and improve my gut health.
I am loving it so far, the recipes are delicious and even the kids love the food !

Ive been with tje zing wellbeing from the start rhian and team have put together such an amazing program the recipes on the app are so yummy amd so easy to make im a smoothie girl i have two a day and all the flavours taste.amazing amd mostly the support from the women on the app are just amazing and have made some lovely friends overall its been the best program ive ever been in thanks to rhian and the team 😀😀😀

I love the Zing wellbeing program. I love that it focuses on gut health which has been a big thing for me over the last few years. The recipes are so delicious with new recipes popping up all the time.
The app is easy to use and I love all the support in the facebook support group.
