We are having a 7 Day Brain Health and Mental Wellbeing Challenge - the meal plan will be all focused on foods for mental wellbeing and brain health and we want everyone over this 7 Day Challenge to put their mental wellbeing at the TOP of their list of priorities.   

What's on this week 7 April (members only group!)

Monday 7th April @ 9am - Mel L talking about our brain and importance of nutrition

Monday 7th April @ 7pm - Mel Timmer Live Workout - Feel Good Endorphins

Tuesday 8th April @ 9am - 20 min Yoga with Katie

Wednesday 9th April @ 9am - Dr Jennifer on Menopause and how it affects our brain.

Thursday 10th April @ 9am - Mel L brain nutrition and the importance of protein and how it can impact mental wellness.

Friday 11th April @ 9am - 15 min Pilates with Emily 

Saturday 12th April @ 9am - Beck Collins How to have a positive mindset

Sunday 13th April @ 7pm - Stress reduction and sleep with Behaviour coach Rae Willingham  

All coaching sessions will be available in the members only group.
