Here is our step by step guide to help you make the most of your Zing Wellbeing membership.
How to get started on Zing Wellbeing
First step
Join our MEMBERS ONLY Facebook group here.
This is so you can access all the LIVE group coaching as it happens plus speak in real time to other Zing Welbeing members.
Second step
Once you are a member and have created your account go here to the members only area (bookmark on your phone for easy access)
Make sure you are signing in to your account with the SAME email you subscribed with and double check any spelling errors.
You can bookmark the link to the members area on your home screen on your phone for easy access.

Third step
Download your preferred meal plan (or mix and match a few!)
We have a variety of meal plans to suit everyone including dairy free, vegetarian, menopause, variety and a budget meal plan too.
Once you select to download your meal plan you can access it in your downloaded PDF computer files or in files on your mobile device.
To save you from printing the WHOLE ebook with the recipes and images you can select what PAGE numbers to print so you don't waste paper to print off the whole book (ie recipes from pg 30-100) and also select black/white only on the printer to save ink.
You can also download the meal plans to your phone for easy access too! More info here...
We are also working on a meal plan customiser which will be a new section in the website where you can customise your meal plans and save them. This will give you the flexibility to mix and match any meal plan. This is a big tech build job but we are hoping to have it completed by late October/early November.

We have also uploaded a few of the more popular recipes from the meal plans into the members hub you can find them here for easy access
We are currently building a recipe hub to make it much easier for you to find recipes. So stay tuned for updates!
