High protein snack - chocolate and peanut butter brownie

Choc fudge peanut butter protein brownies
Serves 9
INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup natural peanut butter
• 4 bananas
• ½ cup cacao powder
• ½ cup choc protein powder
• ½ cup dark choc chips
• ½ cup walnuts, chopped
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 160’C and line a cake tin with baking paper.
- In a small saucepan, melt the peanut butter.
- In a mixing bowl mash bananas and add cacao powder, protein and melted peanut butter. Mix well and then stir in choc chips.
- Pour mix into cake tin and sprinkle with walnuts. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until just soft to touch in the middle.
- Let it cool completely before turning out.
- Will keep in the fridge for 1 week or slice up and freeze
