Simple and easy!

The recipes are really easy to follow, and there are multiple plans to choose from. I customise our menu board at home from the different plans and it's good to just get back to simple.

Really impressed

I joined on the monthly as I wasn't sure what it all was and if I wanted to commit for a year but I am so impressed. The recipe variety is so good and tasty but the best thing is the communication, the support and the coaches - the value is incredible and I love that new content comes all the time. It has changed the way I have viewed health and food and I am now going to join the annual - thank you team!

Not What I expected

I find the website a bit all over the place. And there wasn’t much choice on food and exercise. There was always a ‘there’s so much more to come!’
In my opinion you shouldn’t have asked people to join or launched until you have everything ready to offer. Not just the start up website on offer. It’s a little unfair to charge so much for so little, when others will come on board down the track when “everything” is on offer and pay the same price or less for more content. I’m glad I didn’t commit to the full year!
I’m very disappointed and underwhelmed 🙁

There are also daily LIVE coaching sessions in the members only group which is a huge amount of value too from expert coaches including nutritionists, dietitians, fitness coacjes, psychologists, life coaches and relationship experts

We also do have so much more to come and are adding new content every month
