  • 7 Day Mindset Challenge with Life Coach Beck Collins

9am Monday, Wednesday, Friday - Life coach, Beck Collins will be on LIVE Monday, Wednesday and Friday's at 9am AEDT to support you along your journey to a better mindset.

9am Tuesday - We will also have Nutritionist, Mel Larkings on Tuesday at 9am sharing  video information on how to support your liver and what to look out for if your liver is struggling.

PLUS Melissa Timmer will hosting a LIVE workout and cooking up a storm with some healthy and nutritious recipes from the Liver Detox Meal Plan.

Week 2: 13 January

  • 7 Day Behaviour Change Challenge with Life Coach Rae Willingham

1pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday - Behaviour Coach, Rae Willingham will be LIVE on Monday, Wednesday and Friday's at 1pm AEDT to support you through the 7 Day Behaviour Change Challenge and help you build the tools to make those health and wellness changes stick for the long term.

9am Tuesday - We will also have Nutritionist, Mel Larkings sharing video information on protein and why we need it every day.

PLUS Melissa Timmer will also be hosting a LIVE workout and cooking up a storm with some healthy and nutritious recipes from the High Protein Meal Plan.
