Zing Wellbeing Turns 1! A Year of Empowering Women and Changing Lives

One year ago, I took a leap of faith. 

After walking away from The Healthy Mummy — a business I poured 12 years of my life into — I knew I had more to give (you can read my story here about why I had to leave The Health Mummy).

And in July 2024 I launched Zing Wellbeing. But with Zing Wellbeing, I wanted to do things differently.

I wanted to create something deeply aligned with my values. Something that prioritised mental health just as much as physical health.

A space run by women, for women. A platform that didn’t focus on shame or unrealistic goals, but instead on support, balance, and sustainable wellbeing and covered everything from gut health, to sleep, to weight loss, to fitness, to nutrition, to behaviour change, to tummy fat,  to stress to managing the menopause.

That’s how Zing Wellbeing was born.

Today, I’m beyond proud (and still pinching myself a little) to say Zing Wellbeing is officially ONE! 🥳

In just 12 months, we’ve grown into a powerful and passionate community of over 20,000 women — all supporting each other to live healthier, happier, and more energised lives.

What We’ve Achieved Together

This past year has been a whirlwind of creation, connection, and transformation.

Here’s a little look at what we’ve built:

💻 We launched the Zing Wellbeing App — putting meal plans, fitness, mindset, and wellness support in the palm of your hand. It's your health hub, always at your fingertips.

🥗 Over 1,000 healthy, delicious recipes — each one designed with gut health, hormones, and women's energy needs in mind. No boring diets here — just real food that nourishes your body (and actually tastes good).

💪 Hundreds of home workouts — from beginner strength to Pilates and stretching sessions, you can move your body in a way that feels good and builds strength, especially through perimenopause and beyond.

🧠 Mental wellbeing programs — because your health is more than what’s on your plate. From mindset coaching to stress relief and sleep support, our holistic approach is changing lives.

🧃 Zing Wellbeing Protein Powder & Smoothies — made with your gut, hormones, and energy in mind. Our wellness range includes our original protein powder, wellness smoothies, and even a delicious kids smoothie designed for growing minds and bodies.

📚 Published our first range of wellness books — packed with expert tips, empowering tools, and practical ways to live well in real life.

👭 A supportive community like no other — full of women lifting each other up, sharing their wins (big and small), and reminding each other daily that we’re in this together.

Why This Matters

Zing was created because I knew women needed more — more support, more real talk, more honest education, and more sustainable tools to feel like themselves again.

I wanted to build a brand that respected the complexity of women’s health, especially in midlife, and that didn’t offer a one-size-fits-all approach. I wanted to talk openly about the stuff many health brands avoid — like hormones, stress, mental health, menopause, and even burnout.

And I wanted to create a safe space that welcomed every woman, no matter her starting point.

The stories we’ve heard from our community over this past year have blown me away. Women telling us they finally have energy again. That their clothes fit better. That they feel strong. That they’ve learned to eat without guilt. That they feel like themselves again.

That’s the Zing Wellbeing magic.

Thank you for believing in something new. Thank you for believing in me. Thank you for being brave enough to prioritise your health. Thank you for making this movement what it is.
