Amanda will chat to us about Supporting the emotional process without disregarding the child’s or parent’s emotions and helping them become calmer and speak from a place of respect so they each can be heard and understood. This helps create emotional safety and family values and culture. 

Tuesday 24th September @ 7pm

7pm LIVE with Nutritionist Mel to chat with us about dealing with PMS.

 

Thursday 26th September @ 7:30pm

7:30pm AEST LIVE with Rae to talk to us about the upcoming 7 Day sleep reset challenge that starts 30th September.  

Friday and Sunday LIVE cooking demonstrations

We also have lots of LIVE cooking demonstrations with Melissa Timmer for members and in the main group.

 

Workouts and fitness

Keep an eye out for our fitness coaches Melissa and Rochelle who will both be jumping on to do some LIVE workouts during the 4 week Gut Challenge to help get you moving and active to support your gut health. 

You can also access our great workouts for members at any time.

10,000 step challenge

Get active, get moving! One of the most important things we can do for our bodies is to move!  That is why we are also kicking off the 10,000 step challenge during September with daily check ins to see how you are doing each day.
