Shara will be joining us at 7:30pm for a LIVE chat sharing info and tips to switch your mindset. 

Thursday 7th November - leadership and wellbeing coach Emma Clark

Emma from Empowering Humans will be joining us LIVE on Thurs 7 Nov at 7:30pm to chat about "Changing Habits and sticking to them".

Friday and Sunday LIVE cooking demonstrations 

We also have lots of LIVE cooking demonstrations with Melissa Timmer for members and in the main group.

Keep an eye out for our fitness coach Melissa Timmer who will be jumping on to do some LIVE workouts in our FREE health and wellness group get you moving and active to support your gut health.
