7 Day Sleep challenge
Monday 30th Sep - Sunday 6th October
Join us for the 7 Day Sleep Challenge starting September 30th.
LIVE daily check-ins each night to support your nighttime routine.
Over the course of 7 Days you will learn SIMPLE & EFFECTIVE steps that you can take to improve your sleep quality with our sleep behaviour coach, Rae Willingham.
Higher quality sleep positively contributes to so many areas of our life; including, increased cognitive function, more stable moods, higher work performance, boosted immunity, greater physical healing, the delay of many diseases.
We want you to feel capable, educated and empowered as you move through the next 7 days.
All information will be posted in the members only group.
The LIVE nightly check ins will take place in the Zing Wellbeing members group.
DAY TWO - Get yourself into morning light.
DAY THREE - Say goodbye (or reduce) caffeine and alcohol. No food 2 hours before bed.
DAY FOUR - Create a sleep sanctuary! Clean your bedroom.
DAY FIVE - Begin resolution journaling.
DAY SIX - Create a next day to do list.
DAY SEVEN - Commit to increased exercise.

LIVE Wednesday 2 Oct @ 7pm we have "Yoga for A Good Night’s Sleep" with Katie.
Thurs 3 Oct LIVE with Beck LIVE
Join Beck for some sleep journaling tips and tricks.
Friday and Sunday LIVE cooking demonstrations
We also have lots of LIVE cooking demonstrations with Melissa Timmer for members and in the main group.
Workouts and fitness
Keep an eye out for our fitness coaches Melissa and Rochelle who will both be jumping on to do some LIVE workouts in our FREE health and wellness group get you moving and active to support your gut health.
You can also access our great workouts for members at any time.
