So what is Zing Wellbeing and what makes it so different from all the other health programs out there?

The focus at Zing Wellbeing is a holistic approach to food, fitness, mental wellbeing and overall wellness.

We are definitely not focused on weight loss, instead we focus on health and wellness.

3) Our recipes and meal plans are built around the philosophy of food as medicine and we focus on education on every recipe about the health benefits of every recipe as well as listing all the macros and calories

4) Meal plans and recipes designed for women and include menopause plan, vegetarian plan, gut health plan, dairy free plan, variety meal plan and a lot more coming including anti bloat meal plan, anti inflammatory meal plan, PCOS meal plan, mental wellbeing meal plan and hormone balancing to name but a few!

5) We have invested heavily in group coaching and all members get access to our LIVE group coaching sessions as well as full access to all coaching on replay - our coaches include psychotherapists, life coaches, nutritionists, dietitians, fitness coaches and relationship coach.

6) We have a large focus on mental wellbeing and personal development and our focus is to help women feel mentally and physically healthy

7) We run regular health challenges to keep you inspired and motivated

We have women only private support groups with support and help on hand every day

9) We create new content all the time and are driven by your feedback and what you want to see

10) And lastly, we are a founder led business and Rhian Allen is the founder and is 110% passionate about women's health and wellness and is front and centre of the business every day and you can talk to her directly in our private support groups.
