How mum who finally stopped focusing on weight loss actually lost weight and shed 4.7kg in 5 weeks
Yes I know this isn’t a weight loss program, but yes I am losing weight!
I saw a Dr about 6 weeks ago because I was always feeling EXHAUSTED and after blood test results she said I needed to lose weight.
I knew I needed to but I’ve tried all the weight loss programs and I have just done well for a week and lost sight of what I need to do because it’s such a mental game for me. I have been so so tired and I really wanted to look after my health.
Zing Wellbeing was announced the next week and I knew it’s what I needed because it wasn’t focussed on weight loss but treating your body well!
This shirt use to be insanely tight and now I have room to move!
Yesterday at the Drs I had to weigh myself (I had been avoiding scales on purpose) but I was surprised to see that I have lost 4.7kg in 5 weeks

I haven’t been exercising because I wanted to totally focus on food and get myself into good habits! I will continue to just focus on food for another few months to know I’ve got into a good rhythm.
I can’t thank Zing Wellbeing enough for all the coaching and support! I love that the clothes fit better, that I feel better in myself, thinking clearly and having energy!!!!

Favourite meal plan
As a Zing Wellbeing member I mainly follow the budget and standard meal plans. This week I have started adding in protein meals from the brand new 7 day high protein challenge. I never realised just how much protein helps our body until the post Rhian put up the other day! Education is key :)

Favourite recipes
Some of my favourite meals so far are the beef and broccoli stir fry, the seriously delicious nachos and for a snack the berries, yoghurt and chia seeds. Did I mention they are all easy to make.
As a mum who works full time and 3 boys to look after, I am always excited for something easy to make.
Favourite coaches
I loved having a mindset challenge last week. I was able to write down negative self thoughts and reframe them to positive ones. I will continue doing this as it’s something I don’t do enough and I need to give myself more credit.
I AM CAPABLE!
The coaching sessions available are just amazing. There are so many that I don’t even always have enough time to see them all so I love that I can replay when I get the chance.
Beck Collin’s sessions have really helped me as well as Rae’s behaviour changing sessions.
Don’t get me wrong, I love them all. I haven’t seen one that I haven’t liked or learnt something from.

I’m just 5 weeks of being a Zing Wellbeing member I have noticed HUGE changes!
My skin has cleared up so much, my energy levels are so much better now, I think clearer, my clothes fit better, I’ve lost weight AND I know I can do this now.
