Everything mindset - my favourite is Behaviour coach, Rae, who teaches us about habits and behaviour change, and Psychotherapist Dr Shara who teaches us all about psychology including anxiety and eating disorders.

What changes have you noticed since following Zing Wellbeing

I feel more confident and supported mentally, because I am around like minded people who are focused on feeling good and enjoying your food, and I feel physically more energetic because of eating foods that are fueling my body properly while also being enjoyable for me to eat.
