Your Tummy Challenge Exercise Overview
Welcome to the Tummy Health Exercise Challenge Program.
We have 3 programs for you - basic, intermediate, advanced and super advanced.
Each program has a video workout program and instructions to follow.
The challenge starts on March 3 and we advise combining them with the Tummy Health Challenge meals and recipes.
Additionally to this each THURSDAY morning at 7am you will have a LIVE core workout in the members only group with Melissa Timmer.
