My tummy fat results after 2 weeks of following Zing Wellbeing

I don't own a scales and I don't obsess about weight or weight loss.

But I put these jeans on two weeks ago which I haven't worn in a few months and oops they were a bit tight with a bit of overhang and excess tummy fat 😬🤪

I put this down to the combination of menopause (thanks menopause belly) and also working so many hours on launching and building Zing Wellbeing over the past 4 months that I have neglected moving as much as I usually do.

 

So I decided to prioritise my health and follow the Zing Wellbeing program to a T and at the end of it will see if the jeans fit better, to see if I can reduce my tummy fat and menopause belly and share my pics along the way to show you how I am going and what I am doing.

 

I also had all my bloods done and my cholesterol was on a little bit the high side (which is another menopause side effect!) so I will have my bloods done again at the end of the month to see if I can bring that down from following the meals and share how that goes too

The goals I am setting myself are:
  • Eating at least 90g of protein a day
  • Following the meal plans daily 
  • Exercising 3-4 times a week plus doing a daily walk
  • Getting at least 8 hours sleep a night
  • Switching off from my phone at 9pm
  • Focusing on managing stress in the lead up to the silly season

My health results and tummy fat results after 2 weeks

I haven't tried my jeans on in 2 weeks so today was the day that I was trying them on as physically I wanted to see if there had been any improvements on the tummy fat area.
And I was pleased to see that yes there was some improvement over 2 weeks of following the Zing Wellbeing plans and shifting tummy fat and my menopause belly!
I also feeling stronger and healthier in my gut health too.
And the BEST thing is that I am not punishing myself or going without and I feel good.
I am eating well and doing regular (and simple) weight bearing exercises too and have been sharing these in the private support group and doing some live workouts early in the morning too!

Here is a couple of examples of a day on my plate too

  • I am sticking to 90-100g of protein per day
  • I am using the Wellness Smoothie as a breakfast
  • I am using the protein powder as a gut health boosting snack - you can see the recipe I use to boost gut health and protein here
  • I am having around 1500 cals a day and cooking from the meal plans
  • And honestly with the amount of protein I have had I am not hungry and feel great!
  • I am also not eating anything after 7pm to give my digestion a break over night and have a mini fast
  • Feeling really good and LOVING the food from the anti inflammatory menu and the high protein menu in the Zing Wellbeing program
