Margaret's story

"Physically I was eating my feelings I was so overweight my family were so worried that I was going to die as I couldn't get up a flight of stairs without feeling like I was dying. I actually believed that I wasn't worth help.

Then I asked for help, I worked on my mental health - first weekly meeting with a therapist and started to understand why I was feeling so bad.

I started on some medication to help with my depression, and not to feel like I was a failure because I had to ask for help.

Next - I started on my physical health I consulted a dietitian and started to lose weight by concentrating on what I was eating and recording everything was great for me to stop my grazing.

I started to drink a lot of water and concentrate on protein and not starving my self. Which I was shocked that eating regularly helped me to lose weight (mind blowing)

I started moving my body slowly until it became a good habit, yes climbing stairs doesn't bother me anymore.

I have regained my mental health, I see my psychiatrist every 3 months for a chat and to maintain my medications.

I work every day with my husband on the farm working our butts off.

I always have a bottle of water and protein water with me.

How Margaret found Zing Wellbeing

Margaret says, "I found Zing Wellbeing as I was a member of Rhian's page and I am a huge fan.

At this stage of my life I am looking for more positive lifestyle changes and the holistic approach of Zing Wellbeing appealed to me so I became a member.

I have used some of the recipes especially the Antibloat ones. (Join the antibloat challenge NOW to improve your health!)

I have also listened to some of the podcasts and the professional coaches and expert speakers who have appealed to me even though I can't always watch the lives I can rewatch them when I get time.
