Yoghurt and Granola in a jar
Coconut yoghurt packs a protein punch alone and teamed with protein powder this little rocket will keep you going.
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut yoghurt
- ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup granola (Zing homemade granola recipe here!)
- 2 tbsp. cashew butter
Mix together coconut yoghurt and protein powder. In a jar layer in strawberries and top with yoghurt and protein mix, more strawberries, granola and cashew butter. This will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Benefits
Adding in some nuts and seeds will add a crunch as well as a little extra magnesium, more protein, calcium and delicious fats. Cashews are full of protein and add a luscious mouth feel to the top.
