Slow Cooker Turkey Spaghetti Bowl

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 300g turkey mince
  • ½ diced onion
  • 1 can tomatoes, crushed (400g)
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 grated zucchini
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cups rocket
Method

Pop all ingredients into a slow cooker, except rocket and set for 8 hours. Serve on a bed of rocket.
