Slow Cooker Turkey Spaghetti Bowl
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 300g turkey mince
- ½ diced onion
- 1 can tomatoes, crushed (400g)
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 grated zucchini
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups rocket
Pop all ingredients into a slow cooker, except rocket and set for 8 hours. Serve on a bed of rocket.
