Peanut Butter Bites
Peanut butter bites
Serve: 10
Ingredients:
- 200 g unsalted peanuts
- 200 g pitted dates
- 100g peanut butter
- 300 g dark chocolate, melted with 1 tbsp coconut oil
- A pinch of sea salt
Optional: Serve of choc or vanilla protein powder

Method:
1. Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
2. In a food processor, place peanuts and dates and blend for 1-2 minutes.
3. Add the peanut butter, protein powder and blend to combine.
4. Transfer the mixture to the baking tray and press evenly about 1cm thick.
5. Pour the chocolate over the peanut mixture and chill in the fridge until set.
6. Sprinkle some sea salt and slice into pieces.
