Overnight oats with maple and cinnamon

Overnight oats 


Serves 1

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 125ml almond milk (or preferred milk)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
Method

Mix ingredients together, cover and place in the fridge the night before. Enjoy in the morning or heat through if you prefer. 

Benefits
