Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 2 ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 orange, juiced and zested
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp flaked almonds, for sprinkles
Optional: Serve of vanilla protein powder

Method:
- Preheat your oven to 175°C and line a 6-cup muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Add almond flour, honey, baking powder, vanilla, orange juice, and zest.
- Mix until combined, don’t overmix.
- Divide the batter evenly into the muffin cups and sprinkle almond flakes.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, until golden and set.
- Cool down completely and enjoy!
