One Pan Salmon, Beans and Tomato

One Pan Salmon, Beans and Tomato

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 salmon fillets (300g)
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 200C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Place beans and tomatoes in a bowl with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Pop veg on the oven tray and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Season salmon fillets and add to the baking tray with veg and cook for another 7-8 minutes or until salmon is cooked to your liking.
  4. Divide between plates and enjoy.
