One Pan Salmon, Beans and Tomato

Ingredients
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 salmon fillets (300g)
- Preheat oven to 200C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Place beans and tomatoes in a bowl with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Pop veg on the oven tray and bake for 10 minutes.
- Season salmon fillets and add to the baking tray with veg and cook for another 7-8 minutes or until salmon is cooked to your liking.
- Divide between plates and enjoy.
