Health benefits

Chicken thighs provide high-quality protein to support muscle maintenance, recovery and satiety. They also provide zinc, selenium and B vitamins important for immune function and energy metabolism.

Potatoes provide carbohydrates for energy, potassium and vitamin C. They are also naturally filling, especially when paired with protein and fibre-rich foods.

Greek yoghurt tzatziki adds extra protein, calcium and probiotics (depending on the yoghurt used), while creating a creamy sauce without needing high-calorie dressings.

Cucumber, lemon, garlic and herbs add antioxidants, hydration, vitamin C and flavour while keeping the meal nutrient-dense.
