Nut Bars with Chocolate Drizzle
Serve: 10
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup cashew
- 3/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup dark chocolate (VG if required)

Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180C or 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine all the nuts and then drizzle honey. Mix until combined.
- Transfer to a baking dish ( lined with parchment paper). Spread evenly.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes until the tops are golden.
- Once done, let it cool down completely.
- Coat each bar with chocolate and drizzle extra on the top.
- Chill in the fridge until set. Enjoy!
