Nut Bars with Chocolate Drizzle

Serve: 10

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup cashew
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup dark chocolate (VG if required)

Method: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C or 350°F. 
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the nuts and then drizzle honey. Mix until combined. 
  3. Transfer to a baking dish ( lined with parchment paper). Spread evenly. 
  4. Bake for approximately 30 minutes until the tops are golden. 
  5. Once done, let it cool down completely. 
  6. Coat each bar with chocolate and drizzle extra on the top. 
  7. Chill in the fridge until set. Enjoy!
