Hot Honey Chicken Skewers

Ingredients:
Chicken:
- 350g chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tbsp honey
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- 10g parmesan
Potatoes:
200g potatoes, cut into chip size
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 10g parmesan
Hot honey mayo:
- 2 tbsp light mayo
- 2 tbsp hot honey
- 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

Method:
1. Boil potatoes for 4-5 minutes, drain and pat dry.
2. Place potatoes into an airfryer basket with olive oil & all the seasonings. Cook for 20 minutes.
3. Make the hot honey mayo by combining all the ingredients in a small bowl.
Brush potatoes with honey mayo, sprinkle parmesan and fresh parsley. Set aside for later.
4. Place chicken in a medium bowl, add garlic powder, oregano, paprika, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Marinade for 30 minutes.
5. Once the chicken is ready, thread the chicken onto skewers.
6. Airfry at 190c for 12-15 minutes. Flip if needed.
7. Once done, brush with hot honey mayonnaise, sprinkle parmesan & chopped parsley.
