Honey Lemon Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken thighs, skinless (200g)
- ¼ cup corn flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of brown rice, cooked
Sauce
- 5 cloves of garlic, minced

2 tbsp of soy sauce

2 tbsp of mirin

1 tbsp of honey
-
1 lemon juice
-
½ tbsp of lemon zest
-
½ tsp of paprika
-
½ tsp of chilli flakes
-
½ tsp of black pepper
Sesame seeds for garnish

Method:
- Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper. Coat the chicken with cornflour and shake off excess. Set aside
- In a lightly greased pan, over medium-high heat, fry the chicken until golden brown. Set aside.
- In a pan, saute garlic until fragrant.
- Add in soy sauce, mirin, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, chilli flakes and black pepper. Cook the sauce until it thickens.
- Return the chicken to the pan and baste the chicken with the sauce.
- Serve with hot steamed brown rice and garnish with sesame seeds!
