Honey Garlic Chicken Fried Rice
Serve: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 cup spring onions, white parts
- 300g chicken breast, small cubed
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce or less
- ½ tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup frozen peas
- 3 spring onions, sliced
Garnish: sesame seeds, chilli flakes

Method:
- Heat a pan over medium heat, add 1 tbsp sesame oil.
- Saute garlic, spring onion and onion for about 2 minutes until soft and fragrant.
- Make a well at the centre and add chicken. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for a few minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Add rice, soy sauce and honey. Stir to combine.
- Add peas, onions, sesame seeds and chilli flakes.
- Mix until soft.
- Serve immediately!
