Having the freezer stocked with fruit and veg does not deliver sub-par nutrition. In fact, sometimes frozen food can be better than fresh food if the fresh food has been sitting in cold storage or is not in the best shape.
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 30g (1 serve) vanilla plant protein powder
- Water to blend
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend, adding water to achieve your desired consistency. Enjoy!!
