French toast

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 4 slices of sourdough or wholemeal bread (GF if required)
Topping
- 30g Fresh berries
- Chia jam (homemade recipe on the App or here)

Method:
- In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon powder.
- Dip bread slices into the batter, dredging them well on both sides, and place on a lightly greased pan over medium heat.
- Cook for a few minutes, until the bottom of the toast starts to get golden brown. Flip and cook on the other side.
- Transfer to a serving plate.
- Add jam, fresh berries and a scoop of greek yoghurt.
- Sprinkle icing sugar if desired.
