Ingredients
- 2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and smashed
- 1 tbsp mayo
- salt and pepper
- 1 wholemeal wrap
- ½ cup baby spinach
Mix the smashed egg with mayo and season. Spready the egg over the wrap and add baby spinach before rolling it shut.
