Ingredients
- 200g sugar-free dark chocolate (VG if required)
- 150g Greek yoghurt
- 125g shredded coconut
- 50g chopped almonds/ walnuts
- 2 tsp honey
Optional: Serve of choc protein powder

Method:
- In a medium bowl, combine yoghurt, honey, protein powder and shredded coconut. Stir well until the mixture comes together into a dough.
- Form to bite-sized balls.
- Freeze for 10–15 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the chocolate and stir in chopped nuts.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate mixture evenly.
- Place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for 20- 30 minutes until fully set.
