Chocolate Chia Pudding Parfait

Ingredients:
Chia pudding:
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping:
- Greek yoghurt ( DF if required)
- Strawberries
- Dark chocolate, chopped
Optional: Serve of choc or vanilla protein powder
Method:
In a medium bowl, combine chia seeds, protein powder, cacao powder, milk and vanilla. Cover and store in the refrigerator overnight to thicken.
Once ready, layer in a glass with greek yogurt, chopped strawberries and finally sprinkle chopped dark chocolate on top.
