Baked layered tortilla pie

Ingredients
- 800g lean mince beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 pack low salt taco seasoning
- ¼ cup water
- 5 wholemeal tortillas (low carb option)
- 1/2 cup tomato passatta
- 100g mozzarella cheese

Method:
- Preheat the oven to 175C
- Prepare a springform pan and spray with olive oil.
- Heat a large pan over medium high heat, add beef and onion.
- Cook until there is no pink left in the meat.
- Add the garlic, taco seasoning and water. Cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Assemble:
- Place one tortilla in the springform pan.
- Spread tomato passatta, then add meat mixture and sprinkle cheese.
- Create layers of tortilla, tomato passatta, meat mixture and cheese until you’ve done 4 full layers.
- Last tortilla, just top with cheese only.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Allow the pie to cool and slice to serve!
