Apricot and Earl Grey Muesli

 Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups of organic fruit free muesli
  • ½ cup organic dried apricots, chopped
  • 1 cup earl grey tea, brewed
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt

Method

Divide muesli between bowls and add apricots. Divide the brewed tea over the muesli and let it sit for 5 minutes or until the muesli is a little soft and fluffy. Top with yoghurt and enjoy.
