Health benefits
Rolled oats provide beta-glucan fibre, which supports digestive health, helps promote fullness and may assist with maintaining healthy cholesterol levels. The apple adds additional fibre, antioxidants and vitamin C.
Chia seeds contribute soluble fibre and plant-based omega-3 fatty acids, supporting gut health, satiety and heart health.
Greek yoghurt provides high-quality protein, calcium and phosphorus to support muscle maintenance and bone health. Adding protein powder further improves the protein content, making it more suitable for appetite control and higher-protein meal plans.
