Ingredients
- 4-5 apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 3 eggs
- 160 ml almond milk
- 3 tbsp almond butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt

Method:
- Preheat your oven to 175C. Line a 9×5" loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, butter + vanilla.
- Add in flour, sweetener, cinnamon, baking powder and salt and mix until smooth.
- Stir in apples and mix to coat with the batter.
- Transfer the apple batter to the pan and press gently.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Once done, allow it to cool and sprinkle powdered sugar.
- Slice and enjoy!
