4 x shoulder sizzlers to do at home.

Emily shares a few of her fave shoulder exercises as a Mum in her 40s to feel stronger.

Put them into your upper body workout or use as a stand alone shoulder sizzle.

Grab a set of dumbbells! 

* Around the world x 12

* L-raise x 12 

* Alt narrow shoulder press x 12

* Steering wheel x 12

Try 2-3 x rounds.

Warm up first and rest in-between sets. 

Use weights that are challenging for YOU. Try to use controlled movement rather than swinging and tighten your core.

Breathe deeply and move slowly. Enjoy it x
