  • SL bridge with knee lift + reach x 12

  • Side plank with bent knee leg raise x 12

  • Side lying leg lift and press back x 12

  • Forearm side plank clamshells x 12

Try 2-3 rounds.

You’ll get a core workout too.

Move slowly and pop more padding under your knee in the side planks if you need.

Remember to move slowly and breathe deeply.
