CORE EXERCISES TO TRY WHILE WATCHING TV 

Strengthen your core and centre. Try these core-strengthening exercises whilst lying down watching TV. Multi-tasking at its finest. 

  • Chest lift knee tap with openers x 12

  • Oblique chest lift to SL extension x 12

  • Banded single leg extensions x 12

  • Banded dead bugs x 12

  • Opposite hand to foot touch x 12

Try for 3 rounds. 

Push lower back gently into the floor, move slowly and exhale deeply on the effort. Keep your head heavy in those interlaced hands and your neck/jaw super soft.
