Chest lift knee tap with openers x 12

Oblique chest lift to SL extension x 12

Banded single leg extensions x 12

Banded dead bugs x 12

Opposite hand to foot touch x 12
Try for 3 rounds.
Push lower back gently into the floor, move slowly and exhale deeply on the effort. Keep your head heavy in those interlaced hands and your neck/jaw super soft.
