Ingredients

  • 1 green apple, chopped

  • 1 lemon, chopped (include rind)

  • 6 stalks celery, chopped

  • 200g fresh ginger, sliced

  • 1 cucumber, chopped

  • 1 handful spinach

  • 400–500ml coconut water

  • (Optional) 30g serve of Zing Wellbeing vanilla protein powder

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Strain through a fine sieve or nut milk bag if you prefer a smoother texture.

  3. Pour into small glass bottles or jars and store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3mths.

  4. Shake before drinking and enjoy chilled!
