Ingredients

1 green apple, chopped

1 lemon, chopped (include rind)

6 stalks celery, chopped

200g fresh ginger, sliced

1 cucumber, chopped

1 handful spinach
-
400–500ml coconut water

(Optional) 30g serve of Zing Wellbeing vanilla protein powder
Method

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

Strain through a fine sieve or nut milk bag if you prefer a smoother texture.

Pour into small glass bottles or jars and store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3mths.
