Sarah Sefidizadehis, is a dedicated wellbeing professional passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to optimal mental and physical health.
With a focus on holistic wellbeing, Sarah integrates Bodyweight and functional Training and mindfulness techniques to help clients achieve balance and resilience in their daily lives.
Drawing on extensive experience over 10 years in the Fitness Sector and training in the field of wellbeing, Sarah is committed to creating a supportive, empathetic environment where every client feels heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
Their approach combines practical tools with compassionate guidance, ensuring that wellbeing is accessible, sustainable, and tailored to each individual.
Meet Jayni Gandhi, Physiotherapist | NSCA Strength & Conditioning Coach | Mobility & Pilates Instructor
Jayni is a seasoned physiotherapist, NSCA-Strength & Conditioning Coach. She is passionate about holistic client care, blending rehabilitation, strength training, and mobility to help women move, feel, and perform better, all while building muscle mass. She also loves creating educational content that simplifies science and motivates action.
Meet Josephine, certified Yoga teacher, and breathwork guide
Josephine is a certified yoga teacher, breathwork guide and musician with a deep passion for healing from the inside out, originally from Germany.
Josie says, "Having faced my own health challenges for years, I know what it means when conventional medicine doesn’t provide answers. This led me to explore functional nutrition, EFT tapping, meditation, and yoga - tools that not only healed my body but transformed my entire life.
