To gain full access to the app you need to be a Zing Wellbeing member - and you can join here
Where can I download
For all APPLE devices go here to download
For all ANDROID devices we are waiting on final approval on Android but it is hours/days away and we will pop the link here to download as soon as it is through
Log in issues
You need to log in with the email you joined Zing Wellbeing on - please double check the email you joined on as you have you log in using this email - if you need help or need to change your email please email info@zingwellbeing.com
If you have forgotten your password you can press the 'forgot password' button. Please check your junk mail for the email
My app is not working
If you are experiencing technical issues, please contact our customer service team and provide as much information as you can to help our tech team troubleshoot to find & fix the issue.

- Password: (this can help our team verify/replicate the issue, you can also give us permission to change your password)

Can I chromecast and put videos on my TV
You can stream the workout videos to your TV screen using Chromecast or Apple TV, or screen mirroring from the Google Home app.
To connect if you have an Android device:
You can share your App screen using the Google Home App screen mirroring feature.
You can also directly stream using Chromecast - please click on the video you want to share and you will see a black arrow on all videos - expand the arrow and you will see the options to share

You can share your App screen using the Google Home App screen mirroring feature.
Can I access everything on a desktop computer too?
Yes you can - log in here
